Product Description
Sodium saccharin is a white crystal or powder, odourless or slightly sweet, and easily soluble in water. The sweetness of sodium saccharin is about 500 times that of granulated sugar. When used as a single sweetener, sodium saccharin tastes a little bitter. It is usually recommended to use sodium saccharin together with other sweeteners or acidity regulators, which can mask the bitter taste well. Of all the sweeteners currently on the market, sodium saccharin has the lowest unit cost in terms of sweetness per unit.
