Product Description
Erythritol is a new functional sweetener; It is the most common sweetener currently used as a calorie-reducing food. It has been part of the human diet for thousands of years, as it is in fruit such as pears, melon and fruit, grapes as well as mushrooms such as wine fermentative food, soy sauce and cheese food. Since 1990, erythritol has been produced commercially and added to foods and drinks, offering sweetness as well as improving their taste and texture.
Application
In Food
1. Erythritol is used in food as a sugar substitute in Milk, Yogurt, Ice cream, Cheese, Cakes, Biscuits, Pastries, Chewing gum, and Hard candies, 2. Soft candies, Jelly, Protein powder, Chewable Tablets, Oral liquid.
2. Baked food: it can prevent moisture and prolong the shelf life of food.
In Beverages
Erythritol is used in diet soft drinks, flavoured waters and milk, sports drinks, smoothies, iced teas, frozen beverages and soy-based beverages. Carbonated beverages, Non-carbonated beverages, Dairy drinks.
In Pharmaceutical
Erythritol is used in Solid dosage forms: Tablets, Coating agents, Lozenges, Diluents in wet granulation; Liquid dosage forms; Medicated confectionery, and Medicated chewing gum in pharmaceuticals.

Erythritol is used in Colour Cosmetics, Deodorants, Hair Care, Oral Care, Skin Care, Soap and Bath Products.

Main properties:
(1) low sweetness: the sweetness of erythritol is only 60% to 70% of sucrose, and the entrance has a cool taste, pure taste and no aftertaste.

(5) low hygroscopicity: erythritol, sugar alcohol is very easy to crystallize, but none in 90% humidity environment moisture absorption, easy to crush get powder products, can be used for sour food surface to prevent moisture absorption.
